Could not have received better representation

Steve Sommers will fight for you. My case involved feeling discriminated against due to having a disability and not receiving reasonable accommodation for a job. I had never felt so discriminated against and it was incredibly hard to deal with emotionally. But somehow I decided I'd take a stand to not let them get away with it. So I talked to a bunch of attorneys who all told me they'd never seen a situation like mine and "might" be able to help which was incredibly disheartening. I took one more shot and found a bio about Steve in a Google search. Reading about his union activism and Peace Corps background made me feel Steve cared about people and that he might be different from the attorneys I contacted before. So I made an appointment, met Steve, told him about what happened and he immediately understood the magnitude of what happened. He told me he'd fight for me and that's exactly what I needed during those stressful times.

Steve is a people's lawyer and a relentless advocate for his clients. I met Steve in 2005 at the SF Union Lawyer's Conference. Since then I have worked with Steve and referred cases to him. The last client I referred to his office called me back thanking me profusely for the connection stating that he could not get answers from anyone until he called Steve and his partner.
